This website is operated by White Whale Accounting LLC (“White Whale Accounting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Indianapolis, Indiana, serving clients remotely nationwide. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact and inquiry forms. When you submit the Client Inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and any optional details you choose to provide, such as phone number, business or organization name, the service you are interested in, and your message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not used to create a professional engagement. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account credentials, tax documents, or other sensitive financial information through this form.
Booking a clarity call. If you book a call using our scheduling link, Google Calendar collects the information you provide during booking, such as your name, email address, and preferred time. That booking page is governed by Google’s own privacy policy in addition to this one.
Site analytics. We use Jetpack Stats and MonsterInsights (which uses Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and general location and device information. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
On-site messages and popups. We use OptinMonster to display on-site messages or offers. If you interact with these, limited technical data (such as pages viewed and whether you engaged with a message) may be collected.
Email delivery. When you submit a form on this site, an email notification is sent using our email delivery provider so we can receive and respond to your message.

Like most websites, this site uses cookies set by our analytics and on-site messaging tools to recognize returning visitors and understand site usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

We keep contact form submissions and booking information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or provide the services you requested, or as required by law.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted to us by emailing breone@whitewhaleaccounting.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
